We got another family holiday recipe here. This is probably our easiest side dish we’ve ever done. It goes extremely well with our Vegan Hashbrown Casserole and we really recommend you make both of them together!

Steps

  1. Prep
    1. Pour beans in a microwave safe dish. I’m using an 8”x8” glass dish. A can of baked beans poured into a baking dish
    2. Chop up the onion and bell pepper and add to the beans. Chopped onions added to the baked beans Chopped bell peppers added to the baked beans
    3. Add the mustard, brown sugar, vegan worchestershire sauce, and tabasco. Mix well. Mustard added to the baked beans Brown sugar added to the baked beans Vegan worchestershire sauce added to the baked beans Tabasco added to the baked beans Beans being mixed well
  2. Cook in Microwave
    1. Put in the microwave and cook on high for 10 minutes. Baked bean mixture being added to the microwave
    2. After 10 minutes the beans should be bubbling and ready. Carefully remove the dish from the microwave, stir, and enjoy! Cooked baked beans
